As a UN observer with enhanced status, the EU delegation coordinates with its 28 Member States to speak with one voice. Summary: Current procedures for the award of public contracts by the European Union Delegation to the United Nations in New York

The Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations is subject to the provisions of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the EU, its Rules of Application, and the EU directives relating to the coordination of procedures for the award of public contracts.

The Delegation is obliged to put out to tender many of its procurement contracts for the purchase of goods, services and works. Contracts subject to publication can be found in the Official Journal of the European Union (http://ted.europa.eu) and on this website.
